1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operators of VisiFlow ("We/Us") regarding the use of the VisiFlow platform accessible at https://app.visiflow.fun ("Service"). This Agreement becomes effective the first time you access or register for the Service.

If you represent a business entity (such as an SME or corporation), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

2. Service Description

VisiFlow is an AI-powered SaaS platform that allows users to:

• Scan and upload images of physical/digital receipts or invoices.
• Automatically extract transaction data (vendor, date, amount, items) using the Vision AI Engine.
• Synchronize extracted data in real-time to the user's selected Google Sheets spreadsheet.
• Manage and verify transaction data through the application interface.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or temporarily suspend certain features at any time to improve the service, with reasonable notice to registered users.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use VisiFlow's full features, you must register an account using an active Google account. By registering, you state that:

• You are at least 17 years old or have obtained consent from a parent/guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us via email@airham.my.id if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of your account by unauthorized parties due to your negligence in maintaining access security.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Permitted Uses:

• Processing receipts or invoices belonging to you or the business entity you legally represent.
• Using the Service for legitimate administrative, accounting, and financial management purposes.

Prohibited Uses:

• Processing documents belonging to other parties without lawful permission — including violations of privacy and the ITE Law.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying VisiFlow software.
• Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to access the Service en masse without written permission.
• Misusing the Service to falsify, manipulate, or fabricate transaction data.
• Engaging in actions that may disrupt the availability, integrity, or security of VisiFlow systems.
• Using the Service for purposes that violate the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Violation of these provisions may result in the suspension or termination of your account without a refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, trademarks, interface designs, AI algorithms, and software code that are part of VisiFlow are the exclusive property of VisiFlow operators and are protected by Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright and applicable Intellectual Property Rights regulations in Indonesia.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for legitimate internal purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. User Content and Receipt Data

You retain full ownership of the receipt images and transaction data you upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested Service.

You warrant that you have the legal right to the User Content you upload and that the processing of such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. AI Extraction Accuracy

Although our Vision AI technology achieves a high level of accuracy (averaging 98.2% under optimal conditions), extraction results may vary depending on:

• Image quality (lighting, resolution, capture angle).
• Non-standard receipt formats or the use of non-Latin fonts.
• Physical damage to the receipt document.

You are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data before it is used for accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial reporting purposes. VisiFlow is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unverified data.

8. Free and Paid Services

VisiFlow offers the following service tiers:

• Free Plan

  Available at no cost with a limit of up to 20 receipts per month. We reserve the right to change this limit with prior notice.

• Paid Plans (Upcoming)

  Details of subscription plans, payment mechanisms, and refund policies will be established and communicated before paid plans are launched.

9. Service Termination

Termination by User: You may discontinue using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us via email. All your data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions in the Privacy Policy.

Termination by VisiFlow: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we have strong reasons to believe that you have violated this Agreement, particularly the provisions in Article 4 (Prohibited Uses).

Complete Service Termination: If we decide to cease all VisiFlow operations, we will provide a minimum of 30 calendar days' notice to all registered users.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VisiFlow Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VisiFlow shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses due to decisions based on unverified data from AI extraction results.
• Service interruptions or downtime caused by maintenance, force majeure, or third-party failures (such as Google API).
• Data loss due to technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of the Service.

In any event, our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim arising, or IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiahs) for free plan users, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisiFlow, along with its operators, employees, and affiliates, from and against any claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of this Agreement; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights through the User Content you upload.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google (for authentication, Google Sheets API, and Vision AI API). The use of such third-party services is subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions. VisiFlow is not responsible for the performance, policies, or service changes made by these third parties that affect VisiFlow's functionality.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to you via email or in-app notification at least 14 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for security or legal compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, the Parties agree to first resolve it through deliberation for consensus within 30 days from when the written notice is received by the other party.

If a resolution through deliberation is not reached within that period, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the competent District Court in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with applicable civil procedural law.

15. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Relevant regulations include but are not limited to:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection
• Law No. 11 of 2008 in conjunction with Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE)
• Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection
• Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright
• Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions
